Dry Skin Technology

Do you know the Dry Skin technology present in Santanense's Unipar FR fabric?

This technology allows the fabric to remain comfortable, absorbing moisture and with good breathability without the use of special finishes. Fresh and pleasant in all situations.

In this illustration, it is possible to better understand the dynamics established between hydrophilic fibers and hydrophobic fibers, responsible for the good performance of Dry Skin technology:

Understand what the label wash symbols mean

Observing the clothing label during washing is a very important process to maintain the properties and durability of the fabric.

It is with this concern in mind that Santanense always informs in its catalogs about the symbology specifications for each article.

Do you know what each one means? See more about some of them.

Colombiatex 2022 – Our Stand

Thinking about the valorization of cotton, our main raw material, we took to Colombiatex the concept of new possibilities for transforming cotton, generating more sustainable, multipurpose and functional products.

For this reason, the entire aesthetic of our stand was based on natural elements, leading Santanense to its new mood: classic fabrics used in different ways, whether for fashion or for the standardization line.

Check out some images of this amazing event that kicked off our 2022!

Colombiatex 2022

January 25 to 27, 2022 – Medellin, Colombia.

2022 será o ano da retomada! Se estiver programando uma visita à Colombiatex, conte com a presença da Equipe Santanense para atendê-lo! Estamos preparando um evento com muito cuidado e muita segurança para receber todos vocês!

Started in the 80s, Colombiatex is one of the main fairs in Latin America focused on the textile, machinery and chemical products segment. The event is positioned as one of the business centers, not only for the large quantity and quality of exhibitors, but also for the fact that it starts the business agenda on the continent.

Colombiatex de Las Américas has national and international visitors, wholesalers, distributors, retailers, representatives of textile and clothing inputs and national and international press. The Brazilian group, including Santanense, is made up of exhibitors of flat fabric, denim, knitwear and manufacturing inputs.

Up Color Technology

Santanense offers the market Up Color Technology, a technology that maintains a high level of color fastness, even after repeated washing, even on the darkest fabrics, without the need for additional finishes.

Its main application is for Fire fabrics with inherently retarding fiber, such as our Unipar and Unicarbon articles.

The great advantage of this technology is that it allows the duration of the colors to be extended, which means that the uniform itself will have its useful life extended as well.

More intense colors and perfect look from start to finish.

Variety of colors and fabrics

Santanense fabrics offer a wide variety of compositions, weights and colors to cover all market segments, from industries to corporate and public service areas.

We develop special colors to meet the needs of companies regarding the application of their brand colors on uniforms as well. This reinforces the company's visual communication, in addition to maintaining the uniformity of the environment.

Our dyes are the best available on the market, all to ensure high color fastness and prevent fabric from fading quickly.

Flame Retardant combined with High Visibility

The concept of high visibility combined with flame retardant is widely used abroad, but still little explored in Brazil, since only the reflective strip with fluorescent material is required, thus arising the need to review the standard.

Electricians and their outsourced workers, industrial electricians, highway concessions, oil and gas industries, oil and offshore platforms and workers in complex environments, are part of the segments that should rethink the use of high-visibility clothing combined with flame retardant to provide greater safety for workers.

Thinking about solutions to guarantee the safety of these sectors, Santanense Workwear developed the Unipar Lux FR fabric which is an inherent flame retardant fabric with fluorescent property. High technology that does not require special finishes, ensuring protection against electric arcs and sudden fire. In addition to presenting excellent mechanical resistance and durability, it provides thermal comfort due to its lightness and the presence of cotton.
